By day, Dr. Isaac Namdar is an ENT surgeon at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City. But nights and weekends are dedicated to photography.
Isaac comes from a long line of photographers. His dad, most of his uncles, and the majority of his dad's cousins in that degeneration all were professional photographers. Even though Isaac gravitated to the sciences and medicine, he was always a natural with a camera in hand. His photography dramatically took off ever since he joined 52Frames.com, an online self learning photography group where every week you are given a new assignment with a new theme or photography style. Isaac further sharpened his skills by studying related content on Youtube and Phlearn.com. Isaac considers himself equal parts photographer and photoshoper.
Isaac is blessed to call Fire island Pines his second home for the past 20 summers. The beach, the nature, the bay, all are a source of inspiration on a daily basis. Many of his photographs are based there. Specially with the use of a drone, Isaac has captured so many new angles that are not visible to the naked eye on ground level.
