Date: November, 2016
Location: Glacier National Park
Description: Mine was one of 4 tripods lined up in the darkness at 5:00 am waiting for sun to rise. As soon as the sun began to release light to the scene I could see the light breeze was disturbing the surface of the water. Usually, the heating of the land causes the air to move so the earlier the better when seeking reflections. This was not the case. When all hope was lost, the air suddenly calmed and the surface of the water became still enough to create the reflection seen here.
