It is just one of more than 600 high mountain lakes that glisten across this pristine wilderness. Here, the air is crisp and thin, and every sound seems amplified — the gentle lapping of the water, the whisper of pines, the distant call of a bird carried through the alpine air. Towering peaks rise beyond the treeline, their rocky faces reflecting in the calm surface of the lake. As I stood by the shoreline, camera in hand, I couldn’t get enough of this place. I spent hours just sitting there — listening, watching, and feeling a deep sense of peace. Every ripple on the water, every shift in the light, seemed to tell a story of timeless beauty.
