Only in the event that your order arrives damaged, we kindly request that you please contact Photo Art Pavilion or call 1-888-217-7748 and ask to speak with a representative. Please have your order number handy when you call. We will reprint and ship any damaged order (or portion of an order). Any damaged items may need to be returned to us. If you are unhappy with your selection based on something other than the artwork being damaged upon delivery, we cannot offer you any refund due to the fact that your online selection was custom produced specifically for you.
