Are you a photographer looking for an unforgettable experience? Look no further than Photo Art Pavilion‘s Photography Workshop at Spirit’s Promise Equine Rescue! This PRIVATE ACCESS workshop is designed to help you capture breathtaking images of the gentle horses and other rescued farm animals that call this delightful ranch ‘home’. Your experienced tour leaders will guide you through the fundamentals of capturing stunning images and provide personalized feedback as you negotiate the grounds with your camera. The goal for the day will be to relax, be at peace and live in the moment!
Our group will tour and learn about the history of Spirit’s Promise while surrounded by the warm atmosphere and rustic setting of the ranch. The horses at Spirit’s Promise are docile and friendly, always waiting to be petted or offered a treat. We’ll have private access inside the horse stables, barn, and corrals. The rescued horses will be trotted out to run free for our cameras. This activity is not normally opened to the general public but we have been given private access for an optimal photo shoot opportunity.
In addition, we’ve arranged to have lunch at the Riverhead Cider House included as part of this photography outing. Your participation in this EXCLUSIVE event includes:

INCLUDED: In-field DSLR photography skill sessions with hands-on instruction and artistic composition direction. Enjoy a guided photography workshop with a pre-selected location for our host lunch. We recommend that you bring your own water and snacks for in-field shooting.
For every Photo Art Pavilion workshop, we scout our locations prior to every session to ensure that our photo workshops are successful. Instructors ANTHONY GRAZIANO and JOANNE HENIG are professional photographers and educators dedicated to your learning, fun, and adventure.
NOT INCLUDED: Transportation, lodging, and non-host meals.
FITNESS LEVEL: MODERATE
You must be able to carry your own equipment to participate. The ranch grounds are considered easy to moderate.
In-field photography offers time devoted to discussion and instruction regarding lighting, composition, long exposure, and nature photography techniques as well as evaluation and recommendations for improvement. We have experience photographing in this location, and we pride ourselves on getting you to the right spot at the right time.

MEET YOUR TOUR LEADERS
Instructors JOANNE HENIG and ANTHONY GRAZIANO are professional photographers and educators dedicated to your learning, fun, and adventure.
Joanne Henig is an award-winning fine art nature photographer and educator who has traveled the world professionally for nearly 30 years. Joanne freely shares her artistic visual art experiences and knowledge with each and every Photo Art Pavilion workshop guest. Throughout the workshops, Joanne teaches photographic skills to all levels of photographer in a fun yet educational style.
Anthony Graziano is an award-winning fine art photographer, author, and educator who has captured the beauty of the natural world through his photography for more than 30 years. As a workshop leader, he freely shares his knowledge. Tony brings his unique skillset, adventure, and fun spirit into the field to share with Photo Art Pavilion workshop guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to participant:
Should you need to cancel 45 – 60 days before the workshop begins,
25% of your workshop fee will be refundable to you. Should you need to cancel less than 45 days before the workshop begins,
none of your workshop fees will be refundable to you. Refunds will not be given for credits or transfers from any other photo workshop.
Due to tour leader: Should the tour leader need to cancel at any time before the workshop begins, ALL fees will be refundable to ALL participants.
